1. The WiFi card with codes is so poor printed in tiny letters people with imperfect sight cannot read them. is Adani is so poor that they cannot afford to use proper font!
2. There is no choice for first class passengers.
3. The people serving don’t knot that they have first class passengers in front of them and suggests that passengers have to pay for alcoholic drinks until we ask : do first class passengers have to pay too?
4 No choice monopoly lounges usually do not provide best service.
5 I /we use this lounge a lot and often to see overcrowding.. but not today. My last flight was in business class AIR INDIA FROM MUMBAI TO MAURITIUS. Super crowded.
This is not the fault of the servers. They do their best given the circumstances.
