I am ravelling with family from Abu Dhabi till Nagpur on 6th Nov in order to attend marriage ceremony. Abu Dhabi to Mumbai 6E1402 is delayed. Next flight is at 6.10 am and We reached to baggage drop at 5.10, still they did not accept bags. Next flight is given at 16.30pm. I am travelling with a kid of 2 yrs. How can we survive in airport for so long?? Then as a compliment hotel was provided. but the ground staff is requesting to wait for 3 hours to get hotel. All are not telling truth, cab is coming, wait on floor, no food no tea, no freshen up facilities. And Indigo ground staff is just jumbling words and leaving family with kids and elders without any support and only fake promises. Very Poor service, scam kind of behaviour.
