I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the inconvenience caused by the delay of my flight SG8158, which was scheduled to depart on 23/09/2024 at 9.05AM from Mumbai to Delhi. The flight was delayed by 1hours/50minutes,at first which significantly impacted my travel plans.
Till here it was okay but then the flight was delayed again by more 45 mins i.e 11:35am.
But it was not done till here, flight was delayed again for the third time by more 20 minutes i.e 12.am
The delay caused alot i had planned my next travel from delhi accordingly with redbus. Since my delay was more than 3 hours the bus couldn’t Wait for me and i have to now unnecessarily stay in delhi. The staff has not even provided any kind of refreshments during this hassle
As a frequent traveler with your airline, I understand that delays can sometimes occur; however, the lack of timely communication and the extended wait was quite frustrating.
In light of this, I would kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused which would include my meal at the airport and stay in delhi. I am aware of your policies regarding flight delays and compensation, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
I look forward to your prompt response and hope for a satisfactory resolution.
