I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding theft from my sister’s checked-in baggage on her recent IndiGo flight of around 1900 AED. This incident reflects a severe breach of security and mishandling of passenger property under the airline’s custody.

Flight Details:
• Airline: IndiGo
• Flight Number: 6E 1451 (A321)
• Date of Travel: 20/11/2025
• From :Mumbai To : Dubai.
The purse inside the bag was opened and AED 1,900 in cash was missing and the belongings were in disturbing state.
This is a direct security failure during baggage handling while the luggage was completely under IndiGo’s control.

This matter is unacceptable and requires immediate escalation.

I am demanding the following actions without delay:

1. A full investigation into the theft, including baggage handling personnel and CCTV review.

2. A detailed explanation of how such a security lapse occurred.

3. Reimbursement of the stolen amount (AED 1,900) caused due to negligence.

4. A formal written response confirming the corrective steps being taken.
