Dear Sir,
I wish to report for your kind action.

I am an NRI residing in Sharjah, UAE. I had visited Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai on 6th June 2024 and was departing from Mumbai airport to Sharjah, UAE on 11th August 2024 by Air Arabia G9 402 21.50 p.m from Gate 68 B. Before the departure I visited Loyalty Lounge situated at the 3rd Floor and was provided access by the Staff at the Registration counter after I swiped my Emirates Islamic Visa Card 4421098271830009 along with my wife. The timing approximately would be 8.45 p.m and after having meal I exited the Lounge @ 9.30 p.m.

I wish to inform you that for the last 6-7 months except for using my Emirates Islamic card at the Loyalty Lounge at Mumbai International Airport I have not used the said card for a long time. To my surprise I received at least 10 SMS of fraudulent Transactions carried out on my card from different sources and currencies which means the data of my card has been compromised from the Staff of Loyalty Lounge.

I immediately contacted the Emirates Islamic contact center at Dubai who had blocked the said card since they anticipated fraudulent transactions.

I would therefore request you to investigate the matter since it is quite serious and ensure the person who managed the Reception counter is questioned as he is the person who had access to my card details and am sure he or his colleagues have entered into a fraudulent activity which needs to be properly investigated and the person needs to be booked. It is not only mine but there were other card members whose details would have also been misused and compromised.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly let me know as to what action has been initiated.
