I came with my digi yatra app to Mumbai T2 terminal
One entry of the digi yatra gates was blocked by luggage cart train coming out
Other entry we found a long queue of general passengers entering with regular ticket entries
Upon reaching the security we were told this gate was a regular entry gate
And the gate for digi yatra was the other one which has luggage carts exiting.
Essentially we had to spend extra time going through the standard channel (under digi yatra gate) defeating the very purpose of having a Digiyatra app and entry facility.
