- Text of Complaint by Thakur Nilakantha Mishra
My self Thakur Nilakantha Mishra, came from Dubai to Mumbai by indigo flight no 6E 1456. I reached in time. In baggage drop counter M09 I dropped my baggage.
Security clearance done. Reached in time at gate no 52. As per my zone declaration I had gone to the counter. The person who is checking the boarding pass scan my boarding pass and found sequence showing zero. He told me wait till all passengers clear and board the flight. I asked him that is there any issue. He informed me that my luggage not yet cleared. So I told that him to take necessary steps. He asked me to wait and he will connect my baggage to flight and I could fly in flight no 6E6159 Mumbai to bhubaneswar.
After 30 minutes passed the same staff inform me that I couldn’t go on the 6E6159 flight.
Still he wait me sometime and after that he asked his another staff to take to main counter where indigo manager is seating. After 20 min waiting indio manager gave me two options either take next flight or cancel the ticket and after official process she can refund half ticket price.
So I choose the first option and took next flight 6E5301 arrange by manager. many times I ask indigo staffs to show me air port authority manager office so that I can give written complaint. But manager guide me to the exit gate and finally I exit from gate and proceed to terminal 01 for catch my next flight 6E5301.
Due to above reason I missed my meeting scheduled with the Esar Bharat biofuel company director at 1000 am for the biodiesel plant installation project finance.
Due to I lost 1.9 cores financing so that deal was cancelled.
Due to above mentioned all reason I harassment by indigo staffs and loss my wealth.
Please guide me for raise a complain against indigo airline for harassment and wealth loss.
