I was travelling on Oman air on the 5 th January 2023
From Mumb to Salalah by 4:15 pm flight and had a very bad experience from the behaviour of the ground staff At check in counter there was this girl call Kiran and she made my check in so difficult. I was travelling with my husband. My check in luggage was 30 + 30 kg. And my hand cabin were 7 & 8 kgs. She did not allow my husband to carry the back pack saying it’s not allowed.
We had to 2075 rupees as she demanded from us. N did not give the payment slip
