Harsh Complaint against ms.samidha borankar vietjet

I booked from vietjet air company. This time the case was soooo pathetic. I cannot even explain. Your receptionist think themselves as officers I guess. And ask for our personal documents to be viewed. You employee from Bombay miss borankar ( Samidha) she harassed me alot. I had to go throught extreme stress and open my baggage in front of everyone on airport. Which was really embarassing had to segregate my personal things openly at the airport in front of everyone. Which made me feel ashamed and embarassing.This also damaged my image on other people as all were starting the fuss that being happened. This kind of harassment was not expected from this reputed airline. I had to go through loss of my hard earned 20k just only and only because of your employee not knowing her correct rights. And interfering with what she do not have any right to that is check my personal details. It was Your internal airplane management problem. This kind of harassment is shameful. I ask to pay back for whatever mental harassment , stress and confusion and exhaustion and damage of my self image i had to go through because of your system technical problem. Also she asked me about all my personal details which I don’t think she has any right to. I was harassed for a hour and half even after cooperating completely. She was so hard hearted towards me that did not even tend to look at what stress, embarassment and mental exhaustion I was going through because of their technical problem. Also upon asking her about her name she lied to me and this time her voice was low. While asking for my details and harassing me she made a group with her two male colleagues behind her who kept on being rude and shouting at me in group. But while asking her name…this time she lost her voice all of a sudden. I ask for you to look into this and pay for what I have gone throught the stress, the harassment, embarassment and mental exhaustion. Also a harm to my self image openly on the airport.
