The people were very rude, March 14, 3:30 pm.
Insist on cash payment, simply don’t understand that they expect people to carry cash even though coming from outside India. Basic facility of card payment is not available and asked to go from one window to another. Need immediate action and confirmation of action. Modiji has worked so beautifully to transition to digital payment but systems like this are making it fail. Very sad.

When entire world is moving towards digital payment, but the prepaid taxi services in Mumbai international airport insists cash payment
The girls at the counter are so rude
Secondly many time the taxi number allotted is missing from parking area and then all hassle to get new number.
The Airport taxi service in Bangalore airport is so convenient
Mumbai airport is a shame in the drive of digital India.
