I had gone to drop my wife at the airport. Since she had luggage, I had gone to get the trolley and send her off. I was near the car, with my back facing, but the staff came and put a lock on my car. I want to dispute the fine and take action against the staff for misconduct

I had gone to drop my wife at the airport. Since she had luggage, I had gone to get the trolley and send her off. I was near the car, with my back facing, but the staff came and put a lock on my car. I want to dispute the fine and take action against the staff for misconduct. I have not crossed the 90s limit and want to see from camera if I have crossed 90s. The staff also misbehaved and did not give clear reason for lock.
