I traveled by. VISTARA muscat mumbai flight UK234 on 3rd – 4th July 2024, my baggage was delayed so I reported it to ground staff with my phone number and email by PIR no. BOMUK 16993, but I’m yet to receive update of my baggage and soft copy of report on my email to file travel insurance claim
