Dear Sir,
I wanted a coke zero in subject vending machine , i paid 100 Rs by upi and Can delivered but jumped in to another compartment so i did not receive any can due to useless design of vending machine delivery compartment , spoke to customer care 180012111111 but to my surprise they said they cannot do anything.
Number mentioned below qr code on vending machine is as below -HCCBV125447428 .
Subject vending machine is located near gate 43 at T2 Mumbai airport , there are 2 vending machine adjacent to fruit juice shop , if you face shop this machine is second right side machine.
Pls arrange to return 100 Rs amount and modify vending machine not to repeat this irritating malfunction.
