I was travelling to Dubai from Mumbai International Airport and was standing in queue at the Child in Arm window…. When the officer said please wait as my system is down and will restart in 5 minutes… I said okay… now when my number came.. By mistake I had put my baby’s boarding pass in my passport so he asked for another boarding pass… I said sorry when you are travelling with a kid such small mistakes happen… He said Enow because of that my system will restart again…
I said thats not my fault right… if your system restarts… and that created an argument and look at the arrogance of the person, he said I will not clear your immigration if you speak like this…
I am sorry but because he has thw authority does not mean he should misuse his power to show arrogance on normal people especially if as a single mother I was travelling with a kid…
Extremely disappointed in the airport immigration services…
