Immigration – Passport check on arrival

Hello Sir/Madam,
I was arrived on 27th Jan on Mumbai airport from US around 7:30 AM. I had given Several Papers from US immigration which are specifically for me and not for the officers.

After talking to immigration officers in their arrival room, I didn’t receive those important paperwork and the officers didn’t even acknowledge me to provide my documents.

I have been calling them since last 3 weeks all of these officers are like do this and that and have not been providing my papers.
Its like My papers and i need to be behind their back and they are not even doing my work, its their fault they didn’t provide me my own papers and now they aren’t even helping
