Inappropriate, Unprofessional and agressive behaviour of CISF Jasbeer Mallick Terminal 1 exit

I, Umesh Domakonda was returning to Mumbai from Hyderabad along with my daughter (minor) on flight Indigo 6E 5099 dated 05th May 2025. After collecting the luggage from the belt I went to use toilet keeping my daughter outside with the luggage trolley just near the shops. When I returned I could not find my daughter who went inside the Hamleys shop therefore I happened to exist the security gate in panic searching for her. But then I realised that she must be inside the terminal and I return to the security points where was stationed CISF Jasbeer Mallick. I explained the situation to him so that he can assist me but he was very rude and said that you cannot go inside. I stood in the corner of the gate trying to find her inside the terminal and luckily I found her standing outside Hamleys shop. I immediately informed the officer Jasbeer Mallikk that there is she standing alone. He insisted me to be outside and reluctant to offer assistance. I told him that even you must have a child and she is a minor just give her a call that she would come outside by herself. But he was very arrogant and behaved aggressively and ask to wait for all the passengers to exist. But there are passengers coming out continuously and he has no empathy for a child (minor) stranded to atleast help or minimum to offer assistance as per duty. Atlast I took a step inside the door and shouted my daughter’s name which she heard and came out. I want to highlight this indecent and casual behaviour of a person in Uniform showing no respect towards his duties. Ofcourse I lost my patience and cannot understand how an officer can behave in such a rude and Unprofessional manners. My sincere request to the official is that kindly check the mental health of the officer who is incharged at this point. Nevertheless the officer Jasbeer Mallikk has no emotional intelligence and used parliamentary language. Therefore I am writing this official complaint against him and expect the officials to take the disciplinary action as per code of conduct.
