I’m a passenger traveling without Indian phone number, I wanted to connect to wifi to call my parents urgently. The lady at the airport information desk which is located close to the the duty free shopping area at 1.38 am told me that the scanner is not working and asked me to come back in 20 minutes. After I came back in 20 minutes they said come back at 2.30 am . She asked to make a call if required and didn’t even let me complete my conversation. When I told her to stop interrupting she didn’t. Worst customer service ever, this is a pain for people with international numbers since they have no medium for receiving the otp. There should be an option to connect to wifi with uploading boarding pass or passport image right away without talking to information desk staff.
