I shadan ahmed who was travelling from bombay to Kolkata on 26th Jan 2024 from Terminal 2 forgot my passport at the counter 9 while collecting my boarding pass from Ms.kiran ( indigo agent) after multiple effort we took help from cisf department to see the cctv footage.
As seen in the video between 12.45 to 12.55am on 26 jan after I forgetting my passport at the counter no 9 Ms Kiran as been seen identifying the passport and keeping it next to the monitor and After assisting the next guest she is been seen walking out while the new lady (new shift ) as sat on the same seat also has identified the passport and kept it back none of the staff as yet reported it to lost and found department
Footage seen on cctv camera no record found with lost n found department as nit deposited yet.
- Mistreatment and rude behaviour by Indigo staff at boarding gate
- No Private Car pickup without paying parking charges
