I am a 72 year old person traveling alone to Delhi
As per previous information given to me by the Adani supervisor I checked through the business class facility which also caters to the handicapped, pregnant and women with child in arms, senior citizens , etc.
I was stopped at the entry point but was allowed to check n.
The CISF senior official by name KISHORE KUMAR wanted me to go back and recheck ivia the general check in counters.
He also has a very acidic tongue, is rude and does not care if the person he is addressing is an old elderly gentleman.
Such CISF officers are unfit to liaison with the public st large. They need to be disciplined and given lessons in public relations.
He also refused to give me the complaint book which he is duty bound to maintain.
Kindly conduct an Enquiry and see that he is informed as to how he must conduct himself with the public.
This incident took place at Mumbai airport T2 on 17-4-23.
