I was travelling to Delhi from Mumbai in the morning of 19th January, 2023. At the entry of Gate No. 5 of Terminal 2 of Mumbai International Airport, a lady from CISF was checking the Identity and ticket details.
I have found extremely casual and lethargic in checking the details of passengers, so much that she was not seeing the ID Cards of the passengers. In my case only, she only checked the ticket and didn’t even asked for identity card. Same was approach in case of passengers next to me.
I feel this is serious lapse in security as being on business trip with no luggage to checkin, no body in the entire airport has checked my Identity Card even once during the entire travel .
Request would be to take the above on record and take serious actions against the responsible person.
