Good afternoon Sir
We are experiencing big difficulties when we access the lift as u come out from Level 6 of the international airport…I am sure this is not something new but year after year no changes have been done. so many passengers exit and they have trollies too . hardly few can access the lift because of this inconvenience… possibly an excalator service should be introduced to ease the traffic and assist passengers. dont u think passengers need better ammenities…
