Long wait time for inter terminal coach service

Intern terminal coach service is not at all customer friendly, despite of waiting for more than 30mins there is no sign of shuttle.
On top of that it is not at all convenient for senior citizen or specially abled as there is no ramp or wheelchair compatibility and even no assistance.
I was travelling with 3 senior citizens and waited for so long and finally decided to go with cab.
It’s like there is service but no one can utilise.
