Leave apart the international experience, when compared to other domestic cities like Bangalore, Hyderbad etc. I would say Mumbai has the worst conveyance services. Unlike other cities where its easy hop on cab with OTP , here in Mumbai we need face excessive wait times, cancellations and lack of baggage space in cabs. Even one guy told me that career is not allowed for private cabs when there is no boot space due to CNG. RTO has allowed it for only local cabs, wtf is this rule, this is a airport , where is the customer supposed put their luggage!? Also when the entry charges are Rs 300/- , which the customer is additionally paying. These experiences are also faced by foreigners and I must say corruption is at the height of things. Airport is a public service but seems government doesnt care about public anymore, so we are at the mercy of tue private company bloodsuckers looting common people.
