Dear Sir,
I had forgot to get my euro currency from home . At airport for emergency I exchanged INR for 100 Euro .
As I was in hurry they said the rate is 99.80 which is way above the normal market and on that they charged me Rs-953/- exchange free – which they did not tell me about the exchange fee . I was in hurry they just charged me .
For 100 euro I had to pay Rs:10978/- which is way too much for a normal citizen .
Kindly take action on such counters which miss use the citizen trust and do not upfront talk about their charges . I was in hurry I just swiped on Trust seeing the high currency exchange rate . Without they telling me about exchange fee of rs 963 /- which is way too much .
Request you to take strict action on such things .
