- Text of Complaint by Rajagopal Sadanandan
My name is Rajagopal Sadanadan, I did travel on January 22, 2023 from Colombo to Mumbai Flight Number UL 141 for transit to Mumbai to Toronto AC855 on the same day. Meanwhile, I lost my personal baggage immigration security check. I have tried to contact the airport authority and the air line multiple times, but unfortunately no one replied so far. Could you please help me to find my baggage as soon as possible.
