To whom it may concern,
With due respect, I would like to state that my name is _Hemant and I reside at Gombe/Kinshasa, DRC. On 18th June 2023, my wife/family MRS CHAVVI SHARMA, MS ETASHA SHARMA, MS. MAANASVI SHARMA, RESERVATION CODE AFINFM , AIRLINE RESERVATION CODE QZ2TLP (UK), flew from Kinshasa to Mumbai (India) in flight number ET 0840 ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES
I am writing this letter to you in order to complain about the loss of luggage I recently encountered on the above-said flight. My luggage was checked in on 18th June 2023 and upon arrival at the BOM MUMBAI, INDIA (destination/upon conveyor belt) my luggage was not seen which would be considered as lost.
For the above-said loss, I made a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the destined airport. As per the Airline Policy, I appeal a report VOMITY Reference No – BOMET17706 , and requested you to kindly support as Ethiopian staff and offices are not helping. it is more than 10 days now.
For your kind reference, I am also enclosing a copy of PIR/ Airline Ticket/ Boarding Pass details. I expect to hear a word from your side at the earliest.
