This is Shruti Thakkar
I want to complain about the irresponsible service of ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Mumbai’
I had flight on 3rd September, 2024 from Mumbai to banglore Where I lost my laptop in the security checking
I’m trying from last 30 hours to connect with the Mumbai airport but they are not responding to my calls.
This is so irresponsible behaviour of indigo airline and Mumbai airport.
I am hoping some real response from indigo and Mumbai airport also.

With silver color laptop cover
Laptop has a dark blue skin sticker.
Lost laptop at the security checking
