When I couldn’t find my luggage on conveyor belt No 9. I reported the matter. An airport staff called Shrutti took all the details and said for me and my wife to call after 2 days. PLEASE consider I am 72 years old and my heart medication was in the lost bag. After 2 days we called the number and Renuka answered saying Shrutti was on leave for a week. She told us to go to Sahar Police station to file an FIR and present it to CISF who showed us a video of the pickup by passengers. We could all see the person who took my back and walked out of the airport. We visited the airport once again before returning to the UK on the 24/01/24. The lost and found had no records of my lost luggage. CISF CALLED DOWN Ankid Fageria from the terminal but we still had no luck. Please see attached reply message from Ankid saying CISF cannot provide proof of my luggage and that I had to repeat the process of lost luggage. Having lost my medication, clothes and going to the Police and repeated visits to the airport has been a nightmare. PARTICULARLY SHRUTTI , THE AIRPORT WORKER AT THE BUGGAGE SHOULD BE REPREMANDED AS SHE GAVE US NO DOCUMENTS TO PROVE MY LOSS.
