LOST PASSPORT

My name is Ramesh, writing from Uganda.
I wish to bring to your kind attention that my spouse, Nasani Padmaja (new passport number: C7416510, previously known as Gajula Padmaja as per old passport number: N7097186), traveled with Uganda Airlines from Mumbai to Entebbe on 23/11/2025.
During the departure process at Mumbai Immigration, she inadvertently missed collecting her old passport after exit stamping. She collected only her new passport and proceeded for boarding. Upon arrival in Uganda, she realized that the old passport was left behind at the immigration counter. The old passport contains her valid Uganda Resident Visa (Dependent Pass).
We kindly request your good office to assist in locating and returning the old passport at the earliest convenience.
