Dear Lost and Found Det. Manager / Team,
My Name is Vidya Dudharejiya, I travelled on 2/11/2024 in Vistara flight – UK 939 from Mumbai airport Terminal 2, Gate number 45B2. My Seat no is 28C. Flight departure time 6:15am from mumbai and arrived at nearly 7:10am Saturday Ahmedbad Terminal 1.
During Journey I lost my Walllet purse, in purse there are Foreign currency, Indian Rupees and most important documents like My Ireland Visa – IRL (Ireland residential permit) card, PPSN card of Ireland, Bank debit card, Driving licences (India and Ireland both) and some another government cards.
Purse Detail : Purse is a small size women Wallet, color Lovender .
I informed Vistara staff Ahmedabd about lost my purse, they guided me to raise a complaint in lost and Found Department.
Please raised this matter Seriously, There are my most important and valuable ORIGINAL DOCUMETS – especially my VISA to Ireland. My return ticket is on 23/11/2024 and I need my Visa to return for immigration.
