Lot airlines baggage drop and check in counter staff

Hi myself Priteshkumar jadav . I live in Poland with my family. On 23 rd I was travelling through lot polish airlines from Mumbai to Warsaw poland. I was travelling with my seriously ill handicap wife and small 2 year old daughter. I went to baggage drop with the wheelchair assistant . I had almost 35 kg less luggage than required. I request to the lady at counter D6 and then a guy D7 . That if they possibly take my handbags too as I have small baby and handicap wife who can’t even walk for a step. They refused to do that. I agreed with that. But the wheelchair assistant guy was insisting me to go to wrapping section nd pay there and wrap the bags so they will take the luggage. It seems like they have deal with the people who does wrapping and charging for that.
I didn’t agree with them and give the only check in bags. But letter when I went to give the wheelchair the person on counter D 7 also told me that I will have to go to wrap wheelchair by myself and pay them for wrapping. They don’t take wheelchair without wrapping. I asked him is this lot polish airlines rules then he did no it’s Mumbai airport rules. So I had to go to wrapping section and pay them. I feel like it’s bluff. They have deal with these guys.
My question is that I can’t find the link or rules about wheelchair that passengers have to wrap by themselves.
I travelled from Ahmedabad to Mumbai and they didn’t asked me for that . Even indigo airlines hide very good packing with wheelchair cover.
Later we had to go though immigration I request 3 times for assistant the lot counter made me wit almost 1 hour saying there is no free people. The lady I asked she was rude as well.
My wife is suffering from ALS . And I had 2 years old baby. This the worse experience for travelling I have from lot airline sdepartment at Mumbai airport. It’s shame having my country India’s people working like this. I had to feel ashamed in front of polish family. When we came back they told this experiment to whole family. This how india wants to leave atithi devo bhavah symbol. Its shame and I regret that I travelled thorough chatrpati shivaji rav international airport . Hope anyone will take action against this scammers at Mumbai airport. And please share the link that provides detail that pasanagers have to wrap their own wheel chair. It’s just look like business for the scammers who work at lot airlines department at Mumbai airport. I was the on counter D6 D 7. Take some action if you have some humanity so they won’t cause more trouble for people lejo are on wheelchair. Shame lot airlines Mumbai section .
