Passengers arrived in Mumbai on December 2, 2025.
1 Luggage did not arrive. The luggage is in Mumbai airport and we are not able to reach Indigo staff to have this luggage delivered to the passengers. We filled out the attached form and they promised luggage will be delivered in 1-2 days. It has been 7 days. We have tried to call the Indigo number ( all voice prompts) cannot speak to an agent. We emailed everyday and they have auto reply they are looking into. Could you please have some from Mumbai Airport look into this for us and have the luggage delivered as promised.
