- Text of Complaint by Tejas Singh
One CISF Officer in the name of R.K. Sinha instead of cooperating and helping when asked with a query, started shouting, abusing infront of hundreds of passengers. When I asked his name, he removed his badge/nametag to hide his identity. Again he started abusing me in line. Such act has caused immense mental stress and agony to me. Strict action needs to be taken against him.
