Misbehaving and arrogant Porter

A porter was engaged for baggage service. While loading bags onto the cart, he said, “Your bag is heavy and will not be allowed by the airline.” He was told that extra baggage would be paid for if required. He refused and forcefully persuaded me to take out some items. He indicated that he could help with extra baggage if he was paid extra, as other passengers pay hin 1000 INR for helping.
