Misbehavior by security staff at Mumbai airport

Security staff Rohit Kumar yelled at me when I tried to put my watch in the tray for security scan. The watch fell on belt which he refused to remove and used derogatory words. When I tried to read his name on the badge , he got infuriated and whisked me in anger to his boss in an insulting way. His boss dismissed it as trivial issue. This is obvious way to encourage arrogant behavior of the security staff. Hope higher authorities will appreciate the behavioural aspect of the serving staff and discourage such behavior in future. Appreciate a feedback on this complaint
