DEAR SIR/MADAM
I BOOKED MY INDIGO FLIGHT MUMBAI TO DELHI ON DATED 27/01/2023 ON 12:54 PM IST. FOR A FLIGHT ON 10:15 PM IST VIDE PNR NO. JR84VG. ( INDIGO FLIGHT NO. 6E-2051) I RECEIVED A TICKET ON 12:54 PM. AND I DID WEB CHECKIN NEAR 5-6 PM BUT NOT RECEIVED BOARDING PASS. SO AFTER REACHING AIRPORT I CONTACTED SOME STAFF THEY DIRECTED ME TO APPROACH TO ‘L’ SECTION .
SO I REACHED THERE AND REQUESTED FOR BOARDING PASS . BUT A LADY NAMED MS. PRACHI WHO WAS SITTING THERE DENIED TO GIVE ME BOARDING PASS AND SAID ME TO DO GENUINE REQUEST TO HER. I REQUESTED HER TO GIVE ME BOARDING PASS BUT SHE DENIED AND SAID I DO NOT THINK IT WAS REQUEST IF YOU DID THAT IN BETTER WAY THEN I SHOULD HAVE THINK OF RESOLVING YOUR ISSUE. BUT NOW I WILL NOT HELP.
THAT INDIGO STAFF “PRACHI” DUE TO HER I MISSED MY FLIGHT. DUE TO HER NEGLIGENCE AND ARROGANCE. I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO HIGHER LEVEL UNTIL I RECEIVE JUSTICE.
I NEED JUSTICE.
- Travelling from Bombay to Toronto with Lufthansa transit from Munich & Frankfurt, with Indian Passport with valid Permanent Resident card of Canada
- Long Queues for immigration counter
