I have my flight to London by Munich , when I reached at checkin coounter in Mumbai , Luftansa Staff advised me that you need transit Visa and they can not allow me to board .
While I was having BRP and UK visa (evisa ) , I have travelled using same flight on 17th December without any transit Visa but this time on 15th Jan they did not allow me to board the flight and this lead to a loss of 65000 INR fare for me .
I have raised a concern to Luftansa on FB ID 41202185
but they are not accomodating any claim also .
