Hello,
I arrived in Mumbai (from Doha – qatar airways by Indigo) at terminal 2 to have a domestic transfer for Jodhpur (air india) on 18th September.
Normally I would have had enough time to transfer but I needed to pass again all the controls including a terrible queue to control my bag (that was the only luggage I have, I have no checked luggage). My transfer was 9.15 and 9 I arrived in front of the gate which was closed. I had appointment in Jodhpur at 11h05. I needed to buy another flight with Indigo because no more flight with airindia ! How can it be?
Then, I nearly missed my second flight at 12.05 because it was in terminal 1! Nobody from air india was helping me, this is not ok to leave a lonely woman like this.
Plus, I needed to wait someone from air india again to be able to leave terminal 2 to reach terminal 1, again nobody from this company was helping me.
Then I asked where was the shuttle for me to get to T1 and nobody knew where it was.
I’m really not happy with this service and as tourist first experience with India like this is not good.
