Hello Sir/Mam
I had taken my flight from Mumbai to Dubai on 15 Jan 2025 with flight no. SG 13.
I checked in the baggage counter at 8.30 pm on 15 jan 2025. I boarded the flight by 11. PM IST
I collected my baggage at dubai airport around 3 am IST or 1.30 am dubai time.
As soon as I checked in my hotel, I found my suitcase was unlocked. In panic as I opened my suitcase it was mess. Somebody unlocked my suitcase and took my indian currency worth Rs 10000.
This has never happened to me and it is a complete shock to me.
Kindly refund my money and catch the real culprit.
My alloted baggage no. Is 0775160073.
Kindly take a prompt action.
