LAST 4 DAYS EMAIL AND TWEETER SO MANY TIME NO RESPONSE
As bag was missing when received the bag came to know the condition after opening bag All medicine and clothes are see the video What happen
This regarding Pnr no OJ7DQ8// for 2passanger Name: Mrs Shamima and Mr Furkan Meharban Ahmed Khan flight no AI911 / 2nd September, as both the passenger were on wchr. They are my parents. When px landed in Dubai at 2:30 am at 4:30 am they came to know from 3 checked in bags there was 1 bag missing which nobody has clue where the bag is then PIR was raised PIR no AI-36023,and they came out by 5am is this the service which has been given to wchr px strange and terrible. After tracking we received the bag on 3sep at 10:40am which was after 32 hrs. Again new horrible service which I want to mention the bag was wet and there was water dripping from the clothes all the which colour clothes were more colour full due to water in the bag. As px is non resident of UAE. Can someone answer me what is the reason behind this terrible and horrible service given. Tried every hour calling contact center after 7 mint hold there was still waiting finally reached at 1.15 am to one of the agent to file complain. Sending you the beautiful video attached of the damaged done the Air India. Horrible service would never ever suggest any elderly.
