Dear Sir,
My wife and son were travelling to Port of Spain on 6th Nov via KLM airlines under PNR number T27E7U. They had onward connection to Guyana from Port of Spain. Port of Spain is capital of Trinidad and Tobago which offers visa on arrival for Indian citizens. My family were denied boarding on filmy ground even though they had valid visa of Guyana and valid ticket for onward connection. Initially they said that we do not have valid document but when Guyana Embassy confirm that visa is valid, they changed story that my family did not provide valid reason. I really do not understand that when we have onward connection to Guyana and valid visa what other reason we need to give for travel. KLM covering their deeds by giving lame excuses.
This event has severely affected my family and my son went into depression. I need your help to find out if flight KL0878 on 6th Nov was overbooked and my family was denied boarding just because they were easy target to accommodate other important passengers. Was my wife was targeted because she is woman, and this was her first international flight. How I can legally challenge KLM when they do not have office India.
Regards
Avinash
