For excess luggage, the counters is not equipped with UPI payments and cards machine doesn’t work. While a person is travelling , there is already a lot of pressure but the staff does not bother about the person. They made me run around finding ATMs and not being helpful and instead giving counter answers.
Very bad behavior, especially from new recruit
No online payment at the Airport
