Staff at prepaid taxi counter is unwilling to accept digital payment and insists on making cash payment. This causes inconvenience and delayed cab allotment.

- Pick up of arriving elderly persons in private cars
- Cash stolen from Checked-in Baggage
Horrible pre paid taxi services. Yes in week time 2nd experience of not accepting digital or card payment. Taxi 3rd grade standards all airport authority fooling Looting passenger. 22km charges 726/ Rs. 35 per KM and plus pay Toll, so they are looting everyone. Hope they introduced new feet. Or improve if they have brain.
