As we reached the Mumbai airport we were facing problems with the luggage. We asked for assistance as we had three kids travelling with us. But we were not given assistance. The ground manager was very rude with us. It was a very bad experience traveling with vistara. We almost missed our flight and lost our trolley bag in the chaos.
