At terminal 1 mumbai airport at 6:15 am on 25th Oct 2025 Saturday, it was a horrifying scene at indigo check in counters. The queue was so so long that a person is taking 40 to 45 mins to drop their bags and it was a ruckus. But at the same time all other counters of akasa spice jet were all empty. Why you guys can’t do what I see at all US airports where counters are assigned to airline on the go as per the number of flights of that airline at that time? If indigo has so much rush, akasa and spice jet counters are empty then most of these counters should also get assigned to indigo and vice versa too for passenger’s comfort.
