I came to t2 terminal today morning around 5am in my car and I have fastag with enough balance. Fastag camera was not able to read my tag due to which I needed some cooperation from staff but they do not have manners to talk and also not at all helpful.
I have come previously also in came car with same tag, at that time fastag was read successfully.
Eventually I will take paper token but the way staff speaks is too bad and also they should be given a handheld device to read fastag of camera not able to read.
