hello sir/madam,
i have lost my passport in a hurry to catch up next connection flight due to delay of flight at bahrain and baggage clearance issue .i faced huge hazzle and worst experiences while travelling from bahrain to chennai.after arrival no signage /direction staff to direct us .here and there we are roaming afterward we found immigration customs clearance counter their also huge crowd and then collected the baggage and then went to next connecting flight baggage deposit area.in that area also small area huge crowd and congestion.my flight mumbai to chennai flight is 9:55am i reached the counter at 9:20am on way they to go fast /run,due to tension and hurry up i missed my passport first i gave in counter 4 to airline staff and then she directed to counter 1 airline staff men(fat guy) he had cancelled the old ticket and give new ticket 11:55am due to language barrier he spoke in hindi i can’t understand i left the place in hurry. i missed my passport
