Pathetic immigration queue

I’ve been waiting at the immigration queue for the past one hour.
Only a few counters are functional and the rest are closed.
The government should understand that it’s an airport and not any government office to keep the immigration desk partially working.
It becomes tiresome to travel whole night and wait in the queue for hours.
The working counters have overload and the immigration officer is frustrated because they have to take the burden.
It’s sad to see that the busiest Indian airport is in such a bad condition where they can not even have all the immigration counters open.
