- Text of Complaint by Sameena Hussain
on 4th january I travelled from Mumbai to Udaipur. Accidently I left my power bank inside my main suitcase. I was contacted by staff (1) and took me to room. There was a monitor showing the holding room. The holding room staff member(2) asked for my lock combination and removed the power bank from the suitcase. I confirmed that I wanted it returned. I asked the staff (1) if I should accompany him to retrieve and he said he will collect and bring to my gate. I sent him boarding card details. I waited for more than 1,5 hours for him. I kept calling him and he said he was on his way. In the end I had to board. i texted and asked him to give to Lost and Found and he said he could not do that but will give on my return. When I arrived back he said he was in hospital and will post to me. I tried calling but phone switched off. I do not know his name (maybe Jai) but his number is 9370788600. its a brand new power bank gifted by daughter. So please help in getting this back. i have all the messages on my phone as proof. Did not expect this.

- Self check in counter not working at T2 airport for indigo flight and it was not even put tag that it is not working we wasted 15 minutes than we asked staff of indigo and no one was there to let people know that counter not working
