Poor service always between 7 am to 8.30 am no official on desk and very fews against 1000s passengers. Check cctv and decide. Took almost 1.30 hour to clear. Is this our airport to show world ??
Poor arrival immigration service
Mumbai international airport is so badly maintained! The bathrooms were stinking. There are no napkins in the baby diaper changing station. Moreover the air conditioning is so poor the airport feels stuffy. The micro cars are just lying around vacant instead of using them to transport elderly people and people with babies. It’s very disappointing to see such a splendid airport going to dogs. The relevant authorities should look into this urgently and do something about this.
